Clients must contact their stylist via phone (412) 245-8993, text, or email at luxury@canilleashleystudios.com to cancel or reschedule appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, inconsiderate or repeated last-minute cancellations will not be tolerated. All clients are given the same level of respect and consideration by your stylist A 24–48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to extend newly available appointments to clients on our waitlist. Failure to provide proper notice will require a new deposit to secure future appointments. Cancellations made outside of the required notice window will be charged 50% of the remaining service total. By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize the Camille Ashley Studios to charge or request the applicable fee on the same day. If payment is not successfully processed, the balance will be added to your next service unless otherwise discussed with your stylist. 🐥✝️ No-shows will not be tolerated. Clients who no-show will lose the privilege of online booking, will be required to contact the salon directly to schedule future appointments, and must pay 50% of the service cost upfront to secure any future services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Professionalism is a standard, not a courtesy. It is a requirement of all clients. Clients must contact their stylist via text or email to cancel or reschedule you will be required to pay a new deposit. A 24–48 hour notice is required. No-shows will not be permitted to book online, will be required to call the salon to book future appointments, and must pay 50% of the service cost upfront to secure any future services.
